Single-channel, 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with a 125 kS/s conversion rate. Features a 5 ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference and operates from a 2.7V to 3.3V supply. Offers SPI serial interface and a unipolar voltage output. Integral nonlinearity is 1 LSB, with a settling time of 8 µs and slew rate of 1.5 V/µs. Packaged in MSOP with tin/lead contact plating.
