12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with a 1.7 MS/s conversion rate. Features an I²C compatible serial interface and a single bipolar voltage output. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 500 µW. Integral nonlinearity is 2 LSB, and settling time is 6 µs. Housed in a compact SC70 package measuring 1mm height, 2.2mm length, and 1.35mm width.
