Achieves a 1.7 MS/s conversion rate with a settling time of 6 µs and a slew rate of 0.5 V/µs. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 2 LSB, with a maximum power dissipation of 500 µW. Packaged in a tiny SC70 with gold contact plating, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
