Dual 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 5 ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference. This unipolar, voltage-output DAC offers a 287 kS/s conversion rate and a 3 µs settling time. It operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply and interfaces via SPI or 3-wire serial communication. The component boasts 1 LSB integral nonlinearity and a 1.8 V/µs slew rate, packaged in a 10-pin MSOP with gold contact plating.
