Quad, 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 5ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference. This unipolar, voltage-output DAC offers a 12-bit resolution and a 287 kS/s conversion rate. It supports SPI and 3-wire serial interfaces, with a 3µs settling time and 1.8V/µs slew rate. Operating from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply, the device is housed in a 10-pin MSOP package with gold contact plating.
