14-bit, single-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 125 kS/s conversion rate and SPI serial interface. This unipolar voltage output DAC offers a 5 ppm/°C on-chip reference, with integral nonlinearity of 4 LSB. Operating from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply, it provides a 2.5V to 5V output voltage range. Housed in an 8-lead SOT-23 package, it operates across a -40°C to 105°C temperature range.
