Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, with a settling time of 8 µs and slew rate of 1.5 V/µs. Operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, with an output voltage range of 2.5V to 5V. Packaged in MSOP with tin-matte contact plating, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
