Dual 14-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 5 ppm/°C on-chip reference. This nanoDAC™ offers a 250 kS/s conversion rate and a 3.5 µs settling time. It operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V single supply voltage, with a typical operating voltage of 3.3V. The device provides a unipolar voltage output and interfaces via SPI, serial, or 3-wire protocols. Housed in an MSOP package with gold contact plating, it supports a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C.
