Single-channel, 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 125 kS/s conversion rate and an on-chip voltage reference with 5 ppm/°C temperature drift. This unipolar voltage output DAC supports SPI serial interface and operates from a single 2.7V to 3.3V supply. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 16 LSB, with a settling time of 8 µs and a slew rate of 1.5 V/µs. Packaged in MSOP with tin-matte contact plating, this component is supplied on tape and reel.
