
16-bit, single-channel nanoDAC® converter with a 125 kS/s conversion rate. Features SPI serial interface, unipolar voltage output, and a 750mV to 5.5V output voltage range. Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum power dissipation of 1.4mW. Housed in an 8-lead SOT-23 package with tin, matte contact plating. Integral nonlinearity is 16 LSB, with a settling time of 8µs and a slew rate of 1.5V/µs.
