16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a serial SPI interface and a unipolar voltage output. This single-channel DAC offers a 1.2MS/s conversion rate and an 8µs settling time. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it provides a resolution of 16 bits with an integral nonlinearity of 16 LSB. The component is housed in an MSOP package with tin/lead contact plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
