Offers a 16 LSB integral nonlinearity and a 4 µs settling time. Operates from a 2.7V to 3.6V supply voltage, with a typical 3.3V operating supply. Unipolar, voltage output with a minimum output voltage of 750mV. Packaged in an MSOP with gold contact plating, supplied on tape and reel.
