Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply, with a nominal supply current of 800 µA and maximum power dissipation of 5 mW. Interface is SPI serial (3-wire) and it includes an on-chip 5 ppm/°C reference. Packaged in a 0.95 mm height MSOP.
