This unipolar voltage output DAC offers a 4 µs settling time and 1.8 V/µs slew rate. It operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and includes an on-chip reference with a temperature coefficient of 5 ppm/°C. The device utilizes an I2C serial interface and is available in a tape and reel package.
