Quad, 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 333 kS/s conversion rate and a 4 µs settling time. This unipolar voltage output device offers 16-bit resolution and operates with a single supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. An integrated 5 ppm/°C on-chip reference and an I2C serial interface simplify system design. The component is housed in a TSSOP package with tin-matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
