Features a 2 ppm/°C on-chip voltage reference and operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply. Supports SPI serial interface with 3-wire or 4-wire configurations. Integral Nonlinearity (INL) is 4 LSB, with a settling time of 5µs and slew rate of 0.8V/µs. Packaged in TSSOP with tin-matte contact plating, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
