Quad, 14-bit, serial input, unipolar/bipolar voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 1.1 MS/s conversion rate. Features SPI interface, 4 DAC channels, and a voltage output range. Operates from a dual supply voltage of 4.5V to 16.5V with a typical supply current of 2.5mA. Housed in a 14-bit resolution SOP package with tin, matte contact plating. Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, with a settling time of 7.5 µs and slew rate of 3.5 V/µs.
