16-bit, single-channel, bipolar voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) featuring a 3-wire SPI serial interface. Achieves 2 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and 2.5 LSB Full Scale Error, with a settling time of 2.5µs. Operates with dual supply voltages up to ±16.5V and provides a voltage output range of -10V to +10V. Housed in a compact LFCSP EP package with matte tin contact plating, suitable for operation across a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
