This IC offers high accuracy with 2LSB integral nonlinearity and a 5V/µs slew rate. It operates with dual supply voltages ranging from 11.4V to 15V, with a maximum of 16.5V, and a single supply voltage between 2.7V and 5.25V. The device provides a 14V maximum output voltage and is housed in a QFP package with tin, matte contact plating.
