20-bit, single-channel, bipolar voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with 4 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and ±2 LSB differential nonlinearity (DNL). Features a serial SPI interface, 2.5µs settling time, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Operates with dual supply voltages up to ±16.5V and provides an output voltage range of 5V to 21V. Packaged in an LFCSP EP with matte tin contact plating.
