20-bit, single-channel voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with bipolar output polarity. Features ±2 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and a settling time of 2.5µs. Operates with dual supply voltages up to ±16.5V and provides a voltage output range from 5V to 21V. Interface is serial SPI, with contact plating of tin, matte. Packaged in tape and reel for 1500 units.
