Precision bandgap voltage reference provides a fixed 2.5 V output from 4.5 V to 30 V input supplies. The three-terminal device operates without external biasing components and draws up to 1.5 mA quiescent current. Laser-trimmed thin-film resistors support initial output accuracy down to ±10 mV on selected grades and temperature stability down to 10 ppm/°C. The reference is supplied in a hermetic TO-52 metal-can package and is specified in commercial and extended-temperature grades.
