Pin-programmable precision voltage reference provides selectable 10.000 V, 7.500 V, 5.000 V, and 2.500 V outputs. The device uses laser trimming to support precision reference accuracy and low temperature drift across available grade options. It operates from a supply range up to 30 V and can source or sink output current for reference applications. The 8-terminal reference can also be configured with external resistors for other output voltages.
