
Single-supply, rail-to-rail instrumentation amplifier featuring 800kHz bandwidth and 90dB common mode rejection ratio. This through-hole component offers a low input offset voltage of 25µV and 25nA input bias current, with a high 2GΩ input resistance. Operating from 2.5V to 6V dual supplies or 2.7V to 12V single supplies, it delivers a 0.3V/µs slew rate and 80dB power supply rejection ratio. Housed in a PDIP package, this RoHS compliant IC is suitable for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
