Designed for through-hole mounting in a CDIP package with gold contact plating. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±6V to ±18V, or single supply from 12V to 36V. Maximum power dissipation is 450mW, with an input bias current of 20nA and input resistance of 1GΩ.
