
Single-supply differential amplifier featuring a 100kHz -3dB bandwidth and 100kHz gain bandwidth product. This instrumentation amplifier offers 80dB common mode rejection ratio and a 500µV input offset voltage. Operates with dual supply voltages from 1.2V to 6V or single supply from 2.4V to 12V, drawing 1.5mA supply current. Surface mountable in a SOIC package, it provides 12mA output current per channel with a 0.22V/µs slew rate and 24µs settling time.
