Microprocessor-compatible 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 500 kS/s conversion rate. Features a bipolar/unipolar voltage output, 0.75 LSB integral nonlinearity, and a 2 µs settling time. Operates with dual supply voltages between 11.4V and 16.5V, and input voltages from 8V to 11V. Housed in an LCC package with gold contact plating, this single-channel DAC offers a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
