Monolithic 16-bit Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) with a 167 kS/s conversion rate. Features a parallel input interface and a bipolar/unipolar voltage output. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±13.5V to ±16.5V, and single supply from 4.5V to 5.5V. Offers 2 LSB integral nonlinearity and a 6 µs settling time. Packaged in a PDIP with tin matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C.
