Operates with dual supply voltages from ±13.5V to ±15V and a single supply from 4.5V to 5.5V. Integral nonlinearity is 2 LSB, with a signal-to-noise ratio of 83 dB and a settling time of 6 µs. Packaged in a SOIC with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C.
