Single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz gain bandwidth product and 20V/µs slew rate. This BIFET technology amplifier offers a low input bias current of 15pA and an input offset voltage of 200µV. It operates with dual supply voltages from ±4.5V to ±18V, or a single supply from 9V to 36V. The SOIC-8 package with tin-lead plating provides a 76dB CMRR and 110dB PSRR.
