A 24-bit low-noise sigma-delta ADC provides precision conversion for bridge, temperature, pressure, and industrial measurement applications. The converter supports output data rates up to 4.8 kHz and includes a programmable gain amplifier with gain settings from 1 to 128. Its input multiplexer supports two differential or four pseudo differential analog inputs. Operation is supported from 3 V to 5.25 V analog supplies and 2.7 V to 5.25 V digital supplies, with a serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSPs. The device is specified for operation from -40 °C to +105 °C.
