Operates with dual supply voltages from 4.5V to 5.5V, or single supply from 2.7V to 5.5V. Offers bipolar or unipolar output polarity and voltage output type. Packaged in a 16-pin SOIC surface mount configuration with Tin/Lead contact plating.
