Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 5.5V. Interface supports SPI and serial 3-wire protocols. Integral nonlinearity is 1LSB, with a full-scale error of 4LSB. Packaged in a 2.35mm height SOIC, this RoHS compliant component offers bipolar and unipolar output polarity.
