Quad, serial-input 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring a 167 kS/s conversion rate. This unipolar voltage output DAC offers 12-bit resolution and a 2V/µs slew rate. Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and supports SPI interface. Integral nonlinearity is 1.5 LSB, with a settling time of 6µs. Packaged in SOIC with tin/lead contact plating, it operates from -40°C to 125°C.
