Operates with a dual supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V and maximum of 5.5V. Achieves a conversion rate of 167 kS/s with a settling time of 6 µs and slew rate of 2 V/µs. Integral nonlinearity is 1.5 LSB. Interface supports SPI and 3-wire serial protocols. Packaged in TSSOP with tin/lead contact plating.
