Single-channel, ultralow noise BiFET operational amplifier featuring a 4.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 2.8V/µs slew rate. Offers 150pA input bias current and 1mV input offset voltage. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±4.8V to ±18V, with a typical operating supply current of 10mA. Packaged in SOIC with tin/lead contact plating, this amplifier provides 80dB common mode rejection and 96dB power supply rejection.
