Ultralow noise BiFET operational amplifier featuring a 4.5MHz bandwidth and 2.8V/µs slew rate. Offers 150pA input bias current and 5.5nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±4.8V to ±18V, or a single supply from 9.6V to 36V. Provides 80dB common mode rejection and 96dB power supply rejection. Packaged in SOIC with tin/lead contact plating.
