Ultralow noise BiFET operational amplifier featuring a 4.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 2.8V/µs slew rate. Achieves 5.5nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density and 150pA input bias current. Supports dual supply voltages from ±4.8V to ±18V, with a maximum single supply of 36V. Offers 80dB common mode rejection ratio and 96dB power supply rejection ratio. Packaged in a 1-amplifier SOIC case with tin matte contact plating, suitable for tape and reel packaging.
