Maximum input voltage is 2.5V, with a minimum of 200mV. This unipolar converter has a power dissipation of 9mW and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 1.5mm height, 5mm length, 4mm width R-case with tin-matte contact plating.
