High-speed, ultralow noise BiFET operational amplifier featuring a 20MHz gain bandwidth product and 12.5V/µs slew rate. Achieves 5.5nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density and 150pA input bias current. Operates with dual supply voltages from ±4.8V to ±18V, or single supply from 9.6V to 36V. Offers 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 96dB power supply rejection ratio. Packaged in a 1-channel SOIC with tin, matte contact plating.
