High-speed, ultralow noise BiFET operational amplifier featuring a 20MHz gain bandwidth product and 12.5V/µs slew rate. Offers 5.5nV/sqrt Hz input voltage noise density and 150pA input bias current. Supports dual supply operation from ±4.8V to ±18V, with a maximum single supply of 36V. Provides 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 96dB power supply rejection ratio. Housed in a SOIC package with tin, matte contact plating, this single-channel op amp delivers 40mA output current per channel.
