Successive approximation ADC provides 12-bit conversion at throughput rates up to 1 MSPS. The converter operates from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply and accepts a unipolar analog input range from 0 V to VDD. A high speed serial interface supports SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP-compatible connections. Power-down modes reduce current between conversions, and the device is supplied in small SOT-23 and MSOP package options.
