This unipolar ADC offers a 1.5LSB integral nonlinearity and 1LSB full-scale error. Operating from a single 1.6V to 3.6V supply, it consumes a maximum of 900µW. The component utilizes an SPI interface and is housed in a compact 3mm x 3mm MSOP package.
