
12-bit, 1 MSPS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a single-ended input and SPI interface. Achieves 71dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) with a low power dissipation of 17.5mW. Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Full Scale Error are both 1.5LSB, with Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) at -0.9LSB. Operates from a single supply voltage between 2.35V and 5.25V, with a maximum input voltage of 5.25V. Available in an MSOP package with Tin/Lead contact plating, suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
