12-bit parallel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 1MSPS sampling rate and 1.5LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL). This unipolar ADC offers a 70dB Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and a full-scale error of 2.5LSB. Operating from a 5V supply, it consumes a maximum of 16.5mW and accepts a maximum input voltage of 2.5V. The component is housed in a TSSOP package with tin, matte contact plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
