This general-purpose CMOS DAC offers a resolution of 12 bits with an integral nonlinearity (INL) of 0.5 LSB and a full-scale error of 5 LSB. It operates with a supply voltage range of 5V to 16V, a typical supply current of 2mA, and a maximum power dissipation of 450mW. The device supports differential output and has a settling time of 600ns. Packaged in a surface-mount SOIC with tin matte contact plating, it operates from 0°C to 70°C.
