Offers 0.5 LSB integral nonlinearity and 4 LSB full-scale error. Operates from a 5V supply voltage with a maximum input voltage of 10V and a maximum output voltage of 20V. Packaged in a DIP for surface mounting, with a settling time of 2µs and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
