8-Bit CMOS Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) featuring a 5µs conversion time and 50 kS/s sampling rate. This unipolar, single-ended input device offers 1 LSB integral nonlinearity and a 45dB signal-to-noise ratio. It operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, with a typical power consumption of 15mW. The ADC is housed in a CDIP package for through-hole mounting and supports a parallel interface.
