Achieves 1.5 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) with a full-scale error of 70 LSB. Operates with a dual 5V supply, accepting bipolar and unipolar inputs up to 15V. Offers a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 93dB and a power consumption of 205mW. Packaged in a 7mm x 7mm x 0.95mm tray with tin, matte contact plating.
