This differential input ADC offers ±2 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and ±1 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). Operates with a 2.5V supply voltage, accepting input voltages from 1.8V to 2.5V. Interface is SPI, housed in an LFCSP EP package with dimensions of 7mm x 7mm x 0.83mm. Maximum power dissipation is 86mW.
